Associates

Extole has a small number of Associate Coaches who work with us as well as operating their own businesses.

Before being invited to be Associates, Rob Allen has known them all for sometime and has witnessed and experienced their coaching.

Knowing the associates well allows us to provide clients with a shortlist of
potential coaches that we feel will be a match for them.

All our coaches are Certified Professional Co-Active Coaches (CPCCs) having been through the Coaches Training Institute’s (CTI)  full curriculum and certification process.

The Associates who undertake team work are all trained in Organisation & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) by CRR Global.

In addition to following the same training regimes our Associates are accredited members of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and as such comply with ICF’s codes of ethics.
