Rob Allen

I am an Executive & Team Coach, Psychometric Tester and Consultant who works with senior managers and leaders in the UK and Hungary. Splitting my time between London & Budapest allows me to offer face to face services in both markets, as well as via Skype / phone.

Prior to becoming a coach I held senior roles in a number of businesses including being the Finance Director for a bank in Russia, consumer finance businesses in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and the Finance & Strategy Director for Direct Line’s international & commercial insurance businesses. I have also held general management roles as Country Director for Direct Line – Japan; and as the Investment Products Manager for Direct Line Life.

Before spending 16 years working in Banking & Insurance I was a management consultant for 8 years with Coopers & Lybrand Financial Services Consulting .

I have an MBA, am a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA), a certified Organisation & Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC) a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and hold both British Psychological Society and European Federation of Psychologists’ Association accreditation to administer psychometric tests including the MHS EQi 2.0 and the Hogan Assessments.
